Q: What shipping services do you offer?
A: We offer two methods of shipping:
EXPRESS SHIPPING 24 hour tracked: £6
Your order will arrive the next working day Monday-Friday. If ordered after 2pm on Thursday, your order will arrive on Monday. If orders are placed Friday-Sunday online, you will receive your order on Tuesday.
STANDARD SHIPPING 48 hour tracked £4
You will receive your order within two working days Monday-Saturday. If ordered after 2pm on Thursday, your order will arrive on Tuesday. If orders are placed Friday-Sunday online, you will receive your order on Wednesday.
Orders to the Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands may take an additional day for delivery.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: No, at the moment we don’t unfortunately!
Q: Is my order tracked?
A: Yes, as part of our third-party provider service your parcel will be tracked. You can find your tracking number on your email order confirmation.
Q: What if I’m not in when my parcel arrives?
A: Our third-party provider will leave a card and a note for you to collect your item at a local office.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Q: FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
A: If the product is faulty or damaged, please return it to us within 14 days of receiving. You will need to contact email@example.com for details regarding the return.
Q: I’VE CHANGED MY MIND.
A: If you have changed your mind about the product and wish to return it to us unused and in its original packaging, please return it to us within 7 days of receiving. You will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details regarding the return. Please note for items that aren’t faulty or damaged, we do not offer free returns and you will need to pay for the cost of the return. Please see below, and our Terms and Conditions for more information.
- We will only be able to offer refunds or exchanges on products that haven’t been used and are in their original unopened packaging unless faulty or damaged. Please see section 7 in our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Q: How do I send my return?
A: Pack your product in its original packaging and attach the returns label. Please post from a post office to retain proof of payment and posting. This is very important to track the parcel, in the event of us not receiving it.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: We will endeavour to process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item. For items that are faulty or damaged, please note that shipping will be refunded at the standard rate cost and not at any premium rate cost that was paid when the order was placed.
